The Fertility Nurse Case Manager coordinates patient treatment plans, monitors progress, and provides education and support throughout the fertility process. They are responsible for communicating physician orders, interpreting laboratory results, and maintaining accurate patient records.
A current state RN license is required, with a BSN preferred. Candidates should have experience in IVF or fertility and possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Opportunity Overview
We have an immediate opening for a Fertility Nurse Case Manager Float to join our team at Fertility Centers of Illinois in River North Chicago, Illinois. This position will float between our Chicago on Kingsbury and Chicago on Chestnut offices.
