The Nurse Educator will provide pre-sales engagement and strategic guidance to nursing programs regarding clinical judgment exams and NCLEX preparation. They will act as a subject matter expert to support institutions in implementing assessment tools and benchmarking strategies.
Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted RN license and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing with at least 5 years of clinical experience. Proven experience in teaching nursing programs and familiarity with clinical judgment frameworks are essential.

The Nurse Educator will be responsible for providing in-depth pre-sales engagement, guidance for benchmarking, and exam strategies with customers on the implementation of clinical judgement exams offered by Turnitin. The person in this role should possess a passion for helping customers understand the value and approach of benchmark and pre-test exams for the NCLEX high-stakes examination. This role is an individual contributor role.
The expected annual base salary range for this position is: $75,803/year to $126,338/year. This position is bonus eligible.
Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if extended, and is determined by work location and a range of other relevant factors, including but not limited to: experience, skills, degrees, licensures, certifications, and other job-related factors. Internal equity, market and organizational factors are also considered.
