The SIGINT SME researches and fuses intelligence from multiple disciplines to develop deep tactical and strategic understanding. They coordinate with the NSA and other agencies to drive the intelligence cycle and advise operational decision-makers.
Requires an active TS/SCI clearance and a minimum of eight years of analytical experience within the DoD or equivalent agencies. Candidates must be proficient in NSA SIGINT databases and have a strong background in DNR and DNI technologies.

SIGINT SME Responsibilities Include:
SIGINT SME Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
Current Top-Secret clearance and SCI adjudicated.
Minimum of eight (8) years analytical experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with five (5) years at the operational level.
Advanced SIGINT knowledge to identify and or confirm individuals, organizations, facilities, locations, trends, or patterns of interest associated with a high value target or network of interest in a collaborative environment.
High level of proficiency with NSA and other SIGINT analytical databases covering both DNR and DNI related technologies.
Shall be proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and established SIGINT related databases to support analytical efforts and product development.
Shall possess strong briefing skills.
Shall have a high level of proficiency with National Security Agency (NSA) and other SIGINT analytical databases covering both Dial Network Recognition (DNR) and Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) related technologies.
Strong background and firsthand experience are required in SIGINT analysis, SIGINT systems, tools, and databases, reporting and collection management.
Working knowledge of the most current SIGINT systems, databases and software tools.
Acute knowledge of SOF and or CT/counter proliferation intelligence experience.
