Through its Program Services Department, CSS operates the Education Debt Consumer Assistance Program (EDCAP), a nationally recognized initiative that helps students, graduates, and families navigate higher education financing and student loan repayment. EDCAP provides free counseling and assistance to borrowers seeking help with repayment options, loan forgiveness programs, default prevention, financial aid issues, and other education debt concerns.
As EDCAP expands its services and statewide partnerships with employers, higher education institutions, and community organizations, CSS seeks to hire a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the program's marketing operations, consumer outreach campaigns, partner communications, analytics, and digital engagement efforts. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in increasing awareness, utilization, and impact of EDCAP services throughout New York State.

Salary and Benefits: The annual salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $95,000.00. Community Service Society provides a comprehensive employee benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage, life, AD&D, and long-term disability insurance, annual performance-based bonus, 403b retirement savings plan, defined benefit retirement plan, flexible spending accounts, commuter benefits plan, EAP, and a robust paid time off policy.
Physical Requirements: Office work consisting of sitting, use of a computer, virtual meetings, presentations, and other related duties. Occasional travel throughout New York State may be required.
CSS currently offers a hybrid work environment requiring onsite work at CSS’ office at least two days per week and three days per week remote work.
