The MHPSS Senior Specialist coordinates the implementation and quality assurance of evidence-based methods across a specific cluster of partners and countries. The role focuses on translating strategies into contextually relevant support, leading adaptive learning cycles, and strengthening partner capacity.
Requires a relevant academic background and experience in MHPSS within humanitarian or post-conflict contexts, specifically working with partners on programme delivery. Fluency in English is required, with demonstrated skills in programme design, training facilitation, and quality assurance.
