The Reconciliations & Reporting Accountant is responsible for producing balance sheet reconciliations and preparing technical reports for management. The role also involves liaising with external auditors and managing a varied workload to meet strict deadlines.
Candidates must be a CCAB, CIMA, or ACCA qualified accountant with proven experience in complex balance sheet reconciliations. Strong knowledge of core accounting principles and excellent communication skills are essential for this position.

The Guinness Partnership has a new opportunity for a Reconciliations & Reporting Accountant to join our reconciliations team on a full-time, permanent contract, based in Oldham.
We currently offer hybrid working, blending office days with days working from home.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a fully qualified accountant with proven experience producing balance sheet reconciliations within a complex organisation. You will have a strong understanding of core accounting principles, experience liaising with external auditors, and the ability to prepare technical reports for management. With excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will be able to manage a varied workload, prioritise effectively, and manage a small team to consistently deliver accurate work to agreed deadlines.
