The Community Ambassador will conduct outreach to immigrant communities to identify needs, provide resource navigation, and facilitate educational workshops. They will act as a bridge between World Relief and the community by collecting feedback and documenting outcomes to inform service provision.
Candidates must have a mature Christian faith, be fluent in both Arabic and English, and possess personal refugee or immigrant experience. Strong organizational, mediation, and Microsoft Office skills are required to manage client files and independent outreach tasks.

World Relief Chicagoland is seeking an Arabic-speaking Community Ambassador to join our Chicago Community Ambassador team to promote the integration and empowerment of newcomers in Chicagoland. This position will seek to obtain feedback from immigrant communities to better understand community trends and needs, share information on policy updates and their implications, inform about resources available and how to access them, and enhance relationships through meetings, workshops, and networking. This team member will work from our Chicago office.
This is a limited-term position funded through a grant agreement until 06/30/2027, and contingent upon funding extension.
This is a part-time position for 20 hours per week. Flexible, working hours 9-5, M-F, evening and weekend as needed based on community schedule.
