Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of TMC application enhancements to improve road control system reliability and safety. Provide technical leadership in solution design and architecture while managing vendor relationships and mentoring high-performing teams.
Requires deep expertise in secure development frameworks, compliance standards, and modern SDLC practices including CI/CD and DevOps. Must possess strong skills in roadmap development, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement to balance strategic and operational needs.

In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering continuous improvements to road control systems by collaborating with TMC operators and vendors to prioritise backlogs, develop improvement roadmaps, and enhance system reliability, safety, incident response, and future readiness of the road network.
