Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing/Communications, or a related field with over 10 years of professional experience leading multidisciplinary teams. Experience in technical publication and federal government contract management is highly desired.

You will oversee planning, staffing, and delivery of technical publications, marketing materials, and multimedia products from concept to final release, ensure on-time, on-budget performance across a diverse portfolio of projects.

Position is contingent upon contract award
Hybrid: This full-time hybrid position will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET (core hours fall within a 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. ET window), with up to 20% on-site at Turner-Fairbank Highway Research Center, McLean, VA (or Dept of Transportation HQ in Washington, DC), for meetings and coordination as needed. Some travel within the continental U.S. may be required for conferences and events.
