The Retail Food Service Manager oversees daily cafeteria operations, including staff supervision, training, and ensuring high standards of customer service and safety. They are responsible for managing financial controls, payroll, and reporting while maintaining corporate policies and presentation standards.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Food Services Technology or a related field, or an Associate's degree with three years of relevant experience. A minimum of one to three years of retail operational foodservice management experience is preferred, along with strong leadership and financial management skills.
