The dishwasher is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all plateware, glassware, and cooking utensils while maintaining a clean and organized dish room. They also perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and removing trash to ensure a safe restaurant environment.
Candidates should be comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and maintaining dish machine equipment. A high school education is preferred, and a Food Handlers Card is required for specific states.

You are super tidy and like to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in the dish room and adjacent areas of the restaurants. You are familiar with the chemicals used in the dish machine and daily cleaning procedures.
