The Grocery Manager oversees the sales and operations of multiple departments, including grocery, dairy, frozen food, and beer/wine. They are responsible for managing inventory, controlling costs, and leading a team to ensure high-quality customer service and operational efficiency.
Candidates must have at least one year of managerial or supervisory experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment. A valid Food Safety certification is required, along with the physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
