Support the management team in driving sales and delivering best-in-class customer service within a retail beverage environment. Supervise team members, oversee store operations, and ensure compliance with alcohol sale laws and safety standards.
Requires 1-3 years of retail experience with at least one year in a supervisory role and a high school diploma preferred. Candidates must be 21 or older and capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
As a Supervisor, you support the management team in growing our company brand. You will support store operations and help build a sales and service culture to deliver best-in-class service and bring to life a distinctive world of adult beverages and more for our customers. Internally, you will be referred to as Supervisor and report to the store management team.
