The Craftmate Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting filling and packaging machinery to ensure efficient production. They must also perform quality control checks, maintain sanitation standards, and document production activities.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, or at least one year of relevant experience. Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds are required.

Responsible for operating and troubleshooting Craftmate machines to ensure the efficient and accurate filling and packaging of cans. You will work in our beverage manufacturing plant, contributing to the production of high-quality canned beverages
Requirements
Responsible and required to notify management about actual or potential food safety issues; and empowered to act to resolve food safety issues within their scope of work. If this position is vacant for any significant period of time the obligation for completion of all food safety and quality related tasks will become the responsibility of the direct manager or a qualified designee.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Has learned the basic skills and routine tasks necessary. Beginning to learn advanced skills, and becoming proficient on all machines comprising the Craftmate line. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality standards. Previous experience operating Krones and Switchback machines or similar packaging machinery.
Must have basic knowledge of a variety of computer software applications, in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
