The Warehouse Lead is responsible for supervising a team of 30+ members and managing daily warehouse operations including receiving, unloading, and fulfillment. They must enforce safety policies, maintain operational logs, and ensure key performance indicators are met.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience and 2 years of warehouse or distribution experience. Proficiency in Manhattan WMS software and the ability to operate warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks are required.
