This role is responsible for servicing all banquet functions, from setup through service and breakdown, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working as part of a team, and take pride in providing polished, attentive service.
Availability: Flexible schedule based on business levels, including early mornings or late evenings; Fridays and Saturdays are required, with additional availability on holidays.
Experience: Prior food service or banquet experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates.

Work Ethic: Dependable, punctual, and accountable; able to work independently and within a team environment.

Service all banquet functions relating to preparation, setup, service, and breakdown.

Duties & Responsibilities
Set up and break down banquet rooms and event spaces in accordance with function requirements.
Deliver food and beverages promptly, accurately, and professionally.
Respond to guest requests with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas throughout events.
Handle special requests and event-specific needs as directed.
Support teammates and contribute to a smooth flow of service during high-volume functions.
Qualifications
