Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience special
Answer calls promptly: Respond to Room Service telephones and guest requests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
Take orders with care: Capture food and beverage orders and input them into the point-of-sale system without errors – attention to detail is key!
Master the menu: Learn the details of all menu items, promotions, and specials so you can help guests and answer their questions with confidence
Upsell Offerings: Suggest and promote food and beverage items such as sides, desserts, drinks, and special promotions
Process payments with accuracy: Reconcile checks, including verifying check totals and gratuity disbursement, and handle cash according to accounting guidelines
