Maintain a clean and safe facility through mopping, sweeping, and scrubbing to ensure proper production conditions. Manage waste by collecting trash, breaking down cardboard, and emptying recycle bins.
Must be self-directed, reliable, and capable of frequent heavy lifting up to 50 lbs. Basic maintenance skills for sanitation equipment are preferred.

Range of Pay: Progressive scale up to $18.00 hour / based on experience
Hours: Sunday – Saturday, varied hours
To provide support in maintaining a clean and well-maintained facility to ensure proper production, packaging and distribution conditions.
Primary emphasis in this position is on ensuring safe and clean facility conditions by mopping, sweeping, scrubbing, and pulling cardboard. Primary learning challenge is proper use of equipment and product location. This position requires on-going heavy lifting and pushing, walking, use of cleaning equipment, exposure to outside conditions and wet surfaces, social skills/verbal interaction and judgment/decision making. Position functions and work hours may vary according to business needs. Assignments and work direction provided by Sanitation Lead or person in charge.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
FREQUENT: 15% of the work shift or at least ten repetitions per work shift.
OCCASIONAL: Approximately less than 15% of the work shift or fewer than 10 repetitions per work shift.
