The Assistant Banquet Manager oversees daily catering and banquet operations, including managing staff, billing, and ensuring events meet guest expectations. They are responsible for maintaining safety standards, managing inventory, and analyzing financial metrics to support property-wide goals.
Candidates must have at least five years of progressive catering and banquet operations experience and experience leading large teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.

The Catering & Banquets Assistant Manager is responsible for the oversight and day to day operations within Catering & Banquets for Rio Las Vegas Hotel & Casino. This position will directly manage and provide oversight to the Assistant Catering & Banquet management team and multiple classifications of hourly team members.
