The Baker is responsible for producing and presenting a variety of cakes, pies, cookies, breads, and pastries. Duties include working at specific production or finishing stations to fulfill standing orders for the bake shop.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience as a scratch baker and a thorough understanding of measurements and pastry equipment. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 40 lbs in a fast-paced environment.
