For years, Forno Osteria and Bar Montgomery has been committed to authentic Italian cuisine, scratch cooking, and creating a kitchen culture built on teamwork, consistency, and pride in the craft. We are looking for a motivated Prep Cook who wants to grow in a professional kitchen environment and contribute to a restaurant that values quality and tradition.
Assist in producing fresh, house-made pasta
Follow recipes and kitchen standards consistently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep stations
Properly label, store, and rotate food products
Assist line cooks and chefs during prep and service needs
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Help maintain a positive, team-oriented kitchen environment
