The Supervisor supports the management team by overseeing store operations, driving sales, and ensuring the delivery of best-in-class customer service. They are responsible for supervising team members, maintaining store safety and cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with alcohol sales regulations.
Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience, including at least one year in a supervisory retail role, and possess strong interpersonal and coaching skills. The role requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-10 hours, as well as a flexible schedule.
As a Supervisor, you support the management team in growing our company brand. You will support store operations and help build a sales and service culture to deliver best-in-class service and bring to life a distinctive world of adult beverages and more for our customers. Internally, you will be referred to as Supervisor and report to the store management team.
