If you're passionate about exceptional ingredients, precise technique, and continuously refining your craft, we'd love to meet you. At Uchibā, you'll join an award-winning restaurant group where learning never stops, quality comes first, and talented chefs build long-term careers.
Our Sushi Chefs earn an average of $25 per hour (hourly base wage + tips).
Bonus is payable after 90 days following successful completion of training.
