The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for responding to inbound interest, qualifying leads, and conducting discovery conversations with potential restaurant partners. They manage the inbound pipeline in Salesforce to ensure a seamless transition of qualified opportunities into the next sales stage.
Candidates need at least one year of experience in inside sales or sales development, preferably within Hospitality, FinTech, or SaaS. Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, or similar CRM and email automation tools is required.
