The To-Go Specialist manages off-premise orders by ensuring accuracy, processing payments via POS, and providing warm hospitality to guests. They are also responsible for maintaining a clean and stocked To-Go area while collaborating with the Front of House team.
Candidates must be 18 or older with reliable transportation and the ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 25 pounds. Strong communication skills and a guest-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.
