The Dietary Aide is responsible for preparing and serving meals to residents while maintaining kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards. They must also interact positively with residents and staff to provide excellent customer service.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess a current ServSafe or Food Handler certification. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for extended periods.
