Requires 5 years of relevant industry experience or a bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience. Must be proficient in GP Dynamics, Microsoft Office, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Position Overview:
The Account Coordinator position drives shareholder value by providing timely and accurate inside sales support, customer service and order entry for high quality products that meet our specifications and consumer expectations.
Incumbents in this position will begin to adjust responsibilities in line with building long-term relationships with assigned accounts, understanding their needs and anticipating future requirements while also coordinating sales support processes as needed for large national retailers or food service partners. Additionally, this position proactively implements processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and accuracy of our order entry and sales order fulfillment while delivering excellent customer service.
