About the Role:
The Relief Man position plays a critical role in supporting operations within the Dairy industry by providing flexible and reliable assistance across various tasks as needed. This role ensures continuity and efficiency in daily operations by stepping in to cover for absent team members or to manage peak workload periods. The Relief Man will be responsible for adapting quickly to different job functions, maintaining safety standards, and contributing to the overall productivity of the team. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in dynamic outdoor environments. Ultimately, the Relief Man helps sustain smooth operational flow and supports the organization's goals by being a versatile and dependable resource. Starting Time: Subject to call-in (A.M., P.M., Sundays and Holidays) and/or posted time. Must have phone, valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing operations.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments.
Ability to operate relevant machinery or vehicles safely.
Strong commitment to safety and adherence to workplace regulations.
Responsibilities:
Step in to cover shifts or tasks for absent employees to ensure uninterrupted workflow and operational efficiency.
