The Line Mechanic is responsible for the installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of plant mechanical systems and equipment. They must also document maintenance activities, follow safety regulations, and communicate effectively with operators across all shifts.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and 3 to 5 years of industrial experience, preferably in food manufacturing. Journeyman Mechanic skills and advanced training in mechanical systems are required.

The Role:
The Line Mechanic is responsible for the daily repair and maintenance of plant mechanical systems and equipment.
Starting Team Lead Relief positions will likely work on the plant's 3rd shift: 11pm to 7am CST, Monday-Friday. There may be a need to work any off shift; 2nd and 3rd shifts provide shift pay differential. There may be weekend shift work required. This position has a set starting hourly pay rate, per CBA.
