Ensure correct merchandise dispatch by physically verifying truck loads against documentation and reporting inventory discrepancies. Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to correct inconsistencies and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requires a high school diploma and at least one year of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations. Must have basic Excel skills and the physical ability to handle moderate weight and work rotating shifts.
Garantizar el correcto despacho de la mercadería mediante la verificación física de la carga de los camiones, asegurando la concordancia entre los productos despachados y la documentación correspondiente, de acuerdo con los procedimientos y estándares establecidos por la empresa.
Funciones principales:
Auditar la carga de los camiones antes de su salida a ruta.
Verificar que las cantidades, códigos y productos coincidan con las facturas, órdenes de despacho y documentos de carga.
Detectar y reportar diferencias de inventario, faltantes, sobrantes o daños en la mercadería.
Validar el correcto acomodo y estiba de la carga para evitar daños durante el transporte.
Registrar los resultados de las auditorías y generar reportes de incidencias.
Coordinar con las áreas de Bodega, Distribución y Transporte la corrección de inconsistencias encontradas.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos relacionados con inventarios y despacho.
Participar en inventarios cíclicos y generales cuando la operación lo requiera.
Cumplir con las normas de seguridad, calidad e inocuidad aplicables a la operación.
Educación: Bachillerato en educación media.
Experiencia mínima de 1 año en control de inventarios, bodega, carga/descarga o puestos afines.
Conocimiento básico en manejo de inventarios, conteos físicos y organización de almacenes.
Manejo básico-intermedio de Excel (tablas, filtros) y/o experiencia con sistemas de inventario/ERP (deseable).
Capacidad para movilizarse y disponibilidad para realizar auditorías en diferentes puntos de la operación.
Disponibilidad para laborar en horarios rotativos.
Capacidad para carga y descarga de mercadería (peso moderado) y destreza para manipular materiales.
