The SVP of Corporate Legal serves as the operational anchor for the legal department, building scalable workflows, governance structures, and systems to support business growth. They oversee legal operations, billing management, regulatory compliance, vendor relationships, and litigation adjudication while partnering with executive leadership to mitigate risks.
Candidates must possess a JD from an accredited law school and 8–15+ years of legal experience, with a mandatory background in Non-QM mortgage lending. Strong expertise in legal operations, corporate governance, and managing outside counsel within a highly regulated financial environment is required.

What We Offer
💰 Compensation includes a base salary of ~$150,000-$200,000, plus incentive compensation eligibility (equity and deferred cash bonus), based on level and company policy.
🏖️ Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage; a 401(k) with company match; and paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
🌍 Work Environment: This is a remote role with occasional travel.
