Provide oversight for the various phases of testing and user acceptance
On a rotational basis, provide production support to our business users and act as an escalation point person for support issues that require detailed analysis and management

Excellent presentation and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
Strong client relationship skills and proven ability to build consensus
Candidates must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and an ability to work with various internal teams to execute on that vision
Experience working directly with business partners to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet those needs
Experience writing requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and test plans
Experience in IT change, incident and problem management and SDLC
Change agent, creative, innovative and focused on continuous improvement
Hands-on knowledge of SQL, or another relational database technology
Experience using project tracking tools, such as Jira or Service Now
