Own portfolio financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and ROI realization for a significant investment portfolio.
Establish governance and accountability structures to ensure execution excellence, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Manage strategic vendor and partner relationships, optimizing value from external capabilities and services.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, leveraging emerging technologies to differentiate AXIS’s claims capabilities in the market.
Champion and mature Agile and product operating models at scale, driving consistency, accountability, and performance.
Represent AXIS externally in industry forums, partnerships, and innovation ecosystems.
