The Underwriter performs thorough analysis of loan files and credit packages to ensure compliance with company and investor guidelines. They are responsible for maintaining productivity standards, communicating loan decisions, and assisting in the training of new underwriters.
Candidates must have at least three years of mortgage underwriting experience and a solid understanding of private investor and PMI guidelines. A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is required.

Upon hire, you will be eligible to enroll in all our company-sponsored benefit programs (Medical, Dental, Life, and Voluntary) on the first of the following month. After completing 60 days, you will be eligible to enroll in our 401(k) program on the first of the following month. Additionally, eligible employees may apply for job openings through PRMG’s Internal and External Job Portal to request a transfer to a different department or position.
