Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of industry experience, including a minimum of 2 years in multiline commercial underwriting. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are required, along with a valid driver's license and a willingness to travel.

With a commitment to excellence and building strong agency relationships, our Sales and Marketing department is looking for a property and casualty field territory underwriter. As a field-based underwriter, you will play a critical role in evaluating, assessing, and pricing risks while leading profitable growth for our agency partners in your territory. This position is for our Central or Southern Illinois territory.
The pay range for this position is $108,000 - $182,400 annually. Our competitive compensation package is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
