The Property Manager will oversee a mixed-use portfolio, managing tenant relationships, staff development, and operational performance. They are responsible for financial reporting, budget administration, and ensuring compliance with corporate, environmental, and safety policies.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in commercial property management, including 2 years as an assistant property manager. Proficiency in property management systems and experience with capital and operating budgets are required.
We are looking for a customer service-oriented, collaborative, and passionate Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of mixed-use light industrial and commercial office properties. We will count on you to build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, staff, and contractors while delivering exceptional service and operational excellence across the portfolio. Ensuring that our tenants are 100% satisfied with our services is one of your key priorities, so having strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills is a must. You will also assist with the implementation of new programs and ensure policies and procedures are consistently followed.

QUALIFICATIONS
The base salary for this position is between $66,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
