Based in our Garden City office, you'll have the opportunity to lead diverse projects that improve the places where people live, work, and gather. From parks and trails to streetscapes, commercial developments, residential communities, and public infrastructure, your work will shape communities for generations to come.

You'll:
Support the planning and design of parks, recreation facilities, streetscapes, subdivisions, commercial developments, and public spaces.
Prepare site plans, grading concepts, planting plans, construction documents, renderings, and presentation materials.
Analyze existing site conditions, including topography, drainage, utilities, environmental constraints, and zoning requirements.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams to develop creative and technically sound solutions.
Support projects through permitting, bidding, and construction administration.
Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, schedules, and budgets.

Working as part of our multidisciplinary team, you'll provide technical design support throughout each phase of a project-from planning and conceptual design through construction documentation and implementation. Your ability to collaborate across disciplines, balance multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work will help ensure successful outcomes for our clients and the communities they serve.
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who is collaborative, proactive, and passionate about community-focused design.
Qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Professional license preferred, not required.
Four or more years of progressive landscape architecture or land development experience.
Strong understanding of site design, grading, construction documentation, and applicable development regulations.
