Drive territory sales growth by developing strategic customer relationships, identifying and securing dewatering project opportunities, and delivering exceptional commercial and technical support to achieve business objectives.
What you’ll do
Drive territory growththrough strategic planning, market analysis, and achievement of business targets.
Manage key customer relationshipsand deliver responsive support to maximise satisfaction and retention.
Lead sales and tendering activitiesto secure dewatering project opportunities and revenue growth.
Ensure operational excellencethrough KPI achievement, compliance, reporting, and industry engagement.
Safety First:Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.
What you’ll bring
Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 1–2 years’ relevant professional experience.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking:Strong capability to analyse market data, identify opportunities and challenges, and develop effective business solutions.
Communication & Presentation Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and engage stakeholders confidently.
Technical & Software Proficiency:Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related business systems.
Industry & Commercial Knowledge:Experience in mining, minerals, dewatering, technical sales, pricing strategies, tendering, and commercial negotiations is advantageous.
Safety & Compliance Awareness:Understanding of OHS&E requirements and commitment to maintaining a strong safety culture.
