Set up and operate 5-axis CNC machines to produce complex parts and post-process metal 3D printed components. Perform quality inspections using probing and manual tools while contributing to process improvement projects.
Requires at least 5 years of experience in CNC setup and operation, specifically with 5-axis machining and materials like aluminum, titanium, or Inconel. Candidates must be proficient in reading blueprints and schematics.

As a CNC Machinist (5-Axis), you will work with our engineering and manufacturing team to scale Freeform’s high-volume, vertically integrated machining operation. You will run the best-in-class multi-axis machines including DMG Mori and Haas to develop complex parts for our 3D printing factories as well as post-process metal 3D printed parts for our customers. You will also have the opportunity to develop CNC programming skills and advance in your career as a machinist. The right candidate for this role will be team-oriented and have a positive attitude with a “no job too big or small” mentality.
