Research, design, and optimize process solutions for major refining capital projects from early concept through start-up. This includes developing design bases, performing economic analyses, and providing technical oversight for engineering contractors.
Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 4 years of experience in refining or petrochemical industries. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US and be able to obtain a TWIC card.
As a Sr Engineer I, Process Development, you will research, design, and optimize process solutions that unlock value from major refining capital projects at Phillips 66. You will take concepts from early idea through design basis and economics into start-up, partnering closely with operations, project management, and external engineering partners. This role gives you the opportunity to shape technical standards and process design strategies while helping deliver safe, reliable, and profitable growth across our refining portfolio.
This position has a base salary range of $141,300 - $172,700.
