The Municipal Engineer will develop detailed designs and calculations for water, sanitary, and storm infrastructure while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. They will also provide construction-phase services, including reviewing shop drawings and responding to RFIs to ensure project success.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and be registered as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Canada. A minimum of 4 years of experience in municipal engineering, specifically with underground infrastructure design, is required.

The Municipal Engineer supports the planning, design, and delivery of municipal infrastructure projects with a focus on underground utilities including water distribution, sanitary sewer, stormwater systems, and drainage improvements. The role combines technical design work, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and involvement in construction‑phase services. The Municipal Engineer is expected to work with moderate independence while receiving guidance from senior engineers and project managers.
