5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in an executive or administrative assistant capacity
Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel across multiple locations
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive correspondence, presentations, and organizational communications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams
Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Manage a complex executive calendar, including meetings, priorities, travel, and scheduling adjustments
Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics, agendas, pre-read materials, and follow-up actions
Prepare, proofread, and distribute executive communications, presentations, and organizational announcements
Arrange and coordinate travel plans and site visits, ensuring stakeholder meetings and key activities are scheduled effectively
Build and maintain strong working relationships with leaders and stakeholders across the organization
Process expense reports, support expense approvals, and maintain related administrative records
Provide day-to-day office and operational support, helping to improve organization, efficiency, and team effectiveness
Maintain headcount tracking, support reporting activities, and assist with data accuracy and KPI updates
Respond to urgent requests, special projects, and emerging business needs with professionalism and sound judgment
You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W.
This role is office based, hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with the potential for extended work hours based on business needs
Our business professional roles follow internal compensation guidelines, and the pay band will generally be based years of experience and scope of work
