The HR Administrator manages core internal processes, handles HR-related tickets, and maintains accurate employee records. They are also responsible for overseeing work permits, employment letters, and onboarding documentation within the UKG system.
Candidates should have proficiency in HRIS (UKG), ERPs, and Microsoft Office, with strong attention to detail and communication skills. A post-secondary education in HR or Business Administration and 1-2 years of experience in HR or payroll are preferred.

Reporting to the HR Administrator Team Lead, the Human Resources Administrator is responsible for supporting FLINT's HR Team by managing the core internal processes and daily HR Administration requests. This position will keep efficiency and accuracy top of mind, working seamlessly to respond to employee requests and tickets related to work permits, policies, and general letters, all while contributing to a positive work environment.
As a condition of employment, qualified applicants who accept the role must complete a satisfactory pre-employment Background Check. This may consist of a combination of a Canadian Criminal Record check, an Employment Verification, and an Education and Accreditation Verification.
