Provide expert systems engineering and technical advisory support for OPIR-related ground systems and persistent sensor operations. Lead the definition of requirements, CONOPS development, and independent verification and validation (IV&V) to inform acquisition and deployment decisions.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or 15+ years experience) and over 10 years of experience supporting Major Systems Acquisition in the IC or DoD. Must possess an active TS//SCI clearance with a current CI Polygraph and recent experience in TCPED of persistent GEOINT phenomena.
