The Senior Project Architect is responsible for creating and implementing healthcare project designs while ensuring alignment with firm standards and client expectations. Key duties include coordinating consultant deliverables, conducting QA/QC reviews, and monitoring construction progress to maintain design intent.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture and a minimum of 15 years of experience in the AEC industry, preferably in the healthcare market. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and a deep knowledge of healthcare-specific building codes and FGI guidelines are required.
