Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) and over 10 years of technical leadership in industrial firmware engineering. Must have experience with Embedded Linux, agile development, and functional safety processes.
The Manager of Global Firmware Engineering is responsible for leading a team of firmware engineers in Delaware, Pune, and Xi’an to expand and maintain Vertiv’s Energy Storage global portfolio. This is a highly visible and critical role that is responsible for firmware development of existing and new Energy Storage battery management system. This role requires strong collaboration with Offering, Quality, Manufacturing, PMO, and Service and a close collaboration with Large Power Converter, Modular Power Converter, Advanced Technology & Microgrid engineering leads.
This position will be based onsite at our Delaware, OH location.
