Requires a vocational diploma or associate degree with at least five years of experience in research, application engineering, or technical sales. A bachelor's degree in science or engineering and specific automotive OEM experience are preferred.

As an Application Engineering Specialist will have a primary focus providing technical expertise, training and application development for vehicle AOEM’s. Acting as a liaison between 3M and our OEM customers, this position will be dependent on creating solid working relationships in order enhance 3M’s position as a supplier for aftermarket solutions in the repair of their vehicles.
