As the first and last person our guests see, you'll play an important role in making every visit welcoming, organized, and professional. We're not just checking pets in and out. We're welcoming members of the family. We know many of our customers by name—and their pets by name too. We believe great customer service starts with genuine care for both people and their pets. Everything communicates. A warm greeting. A clean lobby. A smiling face. A smooth check-in. These small moments tell our customers they can trust us with someone they consider family.
This is a customer service position with opportunities to learn about pet care, grooming, daycare, lodging, and training while helping pet parents choose the services that are right for their pets.
