The technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the proper functionality of machining equipment within the facility. They will perform preventative maintenance and implement improvements to increase quality, productivity, and safety.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of intermediate machine maintenance experience and strong mechanical aptitude. A technical degree is desired, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This individual will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and ensuring proper functionality of machines within the facility. Additional responsibilities include improving the quality, productivity and safety of the machine maintenance work.
1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm

Cretex Companies use cutting oils, solvents, and other chemicals in the manufacturing process. Testing is conducted on a periodic basis to ensure that all chemicals are kept well below the OSHA permissible exposure levels.

This pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions within this job grade, based on our market-based pay structures. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions. While the full hiring range is shared for transparency, offers are rarely made at the minimum or maximum of the range.
