The Production Associate is responsible for crafting window and door products by lifting, moving, and positioning heavy materials. They must operate tools and equipment while following visual and written instructions to maintain production efficiency.
Candidates must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform repetitive physical movements throughout the shift. A high school diploma or equivalent experience is preferred, though no prior experience is required as training is provided.
